Beautiful interview! I'm so proud of you Jen and ALL that you've gone thru! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! That's from each of our 7 EA miracles! 2 in Heaven. 3 giggling in the other room. And 2 waiting! Hugs!
So glad to see the word is getting out about EA! I actually read about it on another blog last summer and now I am 5 weeks pregnant through Embryo Adoption. We used IVF to get our son 3 years ago...but at 42, and with a severe male factor...our chances of getting lucky again were so low we weren't even willing to try. We looked into foster adoption and traditional adoption...but they just weren't the path for us. We are so happy to have a way to complete our family. We actually went through the same clinic where we had our son. They have a small program they run with thier own clients and we only waited 4 months to be matched and then a couple months to prepare for transfer. The gift of this anonymous donation is just too great to describe. We are so grateful...and already this baby(ies) are ours...it feels no different than when I was pregnant with my son. Thanks for keeping the word out on this wonderful option for couples struggling with infertility.
Hey congrats! And I'm actually in the St. Louis area, so someone forwarded this to me and then I saw it was your blog, which I've already seen. Anyway, great piece!
We are just 2 simple Jens brought together through the miracle of embryo adoption. City Jen gave birth to her miracle twin daughters in January 2010. Country Jen gave birth to her miracle baby girl on June 14, 2010. Between the 2 Jens, we have 15 children. City Jen has 5 adopted children & 2 children adopted as embryos. Country Jen has 1 birth daughter, 6 adopted children & one child adopted as an embryo. Our goal is to help educate, encourage & give free advice both solicited and unsolicited on the miracle of embryo adoption.
Loved it! Thank you guys for being such a public voice for our little ones!
ReplyDeleteI saw it and thought that it was great! Thanks for giving embryos a voice!
